1. Who we are

These terms are between you and RestaurantIQ Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We operate the RestaurantIQ restaurant analytics platform (the "Service").

2. Agreement to terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

RestaurantIQ provides analytics, insights, and reporting for restaurants, using data from point-of-sale (POS) and booking systems you connect. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan and these Terms. We may update the Service from time to time; we will notify you of material changes.

4. Your account and use

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in breach of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any systems or data
  • Resell, sublicense, or allow third parties to use the Service except as we permit
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (except as allowed by law)

5. Payment and subscription

Subscription fees are as set out at sign-up or on our pricing page. Fees are payable in advance (e.g. monthly or annually). We may change fees on reasonable notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. You must pay by the method we accept (e.g. card, direct debit). If payment fails, we may suspend the Service until payment is received.

6. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You must ensure you have appropriate rights to provide any data you give us (including from your POS or booking systems) and that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection law.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, or loss of profit or data.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time (e.g. via your account or by contacting us). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other good cause on reasonable notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain and use data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
